JOB DESCRIPTION

TRAINEE WFM Analyst The TFG Graduate Programme is designed to help you make a smooth transition into the world of work. You will engage with various individuals and teams in the business who will share their experience, knowledge, passion and purpose, to help you successfully complete the structured training programme. TFG is looking for dynamic individual to join the HR WFM team. As the Trainee WFM Analyst, your key responsibilities will be accountable to interpret, analyse and assess the workforce processes and metrics.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Supporting the development of business staffing/scheduling plans and models and forecasting for the retail operations environment. - Analyse store workload and staffing impacts and assess store operations in order to make recommendations for increased performance of the organisational goals

REQUIREMENTS

- A minimum 3-year relevant degree or diploma in BSC, stats (Mathematics) or IT - Classified as youth in South Africa Excel ( Pivots; VLOOKUP’s and Macros) - Strong problem solving & Root Cause Analysis - Ability to persuade and influence stakeholders - Attention to detail - Logical ability - Project management knowledge
