The HR Intern will provide administrative support to the Human Resources department, assisting in various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and general HR administration
Duties & Responsibilities
Learning and Development
- Capture and update training workbook with current information as a live document (on HR SharePoint).
- Ensure approved training initiatives are scheduled timeously as per the plan and timelines
- Distribute and collate SETA learnership registers
- Book training venues, arrange necessary equipment and catering
- Liase with Universities and Colleges to gather learnership/internship documents (WIL Letters, Accreditation, Logbooks, Seta Registration)
- Maintain training records of learners on SharePoint
- Capture and consolidate Attendance registers, Stipend recons, stipend pop, receipt of learning materials
HR/IR Administrator
- Assisting with your day to day administration including assisting with recruitment documentation, onboarding/offboarding documentation, assisting and collaborating with recruitment to meet recruitment deadlines pertaining to administration.
- Assist to ensure we maintain and have updated employees documents, including ensuring employee documents are loaded onto the system.
- Assist in collating and ensuring the necessary signatures obtained for payroll documents and deadlines.
- Support in managing employee relations matters.
- Assistance in preparing relevant documents for hearings & CCMA.
- Assistance in scheduling of meetings with key stakeholders for the HR department.
- Assistance in compiling HR/IR data to support data driven decisions.
- HR/IR Project administration support when required.
- Responding to HR queries

Qualifications
- Matric.
- Qualification in Human Reosurce Management or Business Management
