Imperial is offering Internship or Graduate programme. The internship will include a variety of projects and tasks that span the areas of organisational behaviour, occupational/career psychology, personnel psychology, psychometric assessments and ethics.

Must have the ability to demonstrate an applied post-master's degree competence and proficiency in the domain of industrial psychology. Such competencies are tangible and observable human behaviour-related diagnosis, design, intervention and assessments that are applied at the individual, group and organisational levels.

  • Provide psychometric assessment services that support decision making during the recruitment; development and talent management process.
  • Effective administration, scoring and management of psychometric assessments in an industrial/ organisational setting.
