This apprenticeship programme spans over a 3-year period and is a great opportunity for a young person who is motivated by self-development, together with commitment and drive towards learning. The programme consists of theoretical learning (at an accredited learning centre) and practical application training on the job (working shifts, weekends and public holidays). During the practical application phases, you will work under the guidance of a qualified Millwright Artisan to gain experience and convert your theoretical learning into practical understanding and application. Ability to function in a team and contribute to a high-performance pressurized environment. Be a go-getter that wants to learn, find solutions for challenges & use initiative. Enjoy working with mechanical systems and technically inclined. Analytical & logical thinker with attention to detail. Able to work high above the ground and in confined spaces. Good hand-eye coordination and enjoy working with your hands. Other requirements: Required to work a 6-day week & overtime as required Able to travel to and work on different Premier sites.
