As an Industrial Engineering graduate in our confectionery environment, you will be gaining practical exposure to manufacturing practices. During this time, you will work in our Continuous Improvement Department, providing support to Production and Operational Developments, while at the same time, picking up soft skills such as facilitation, time management and teamwork. You will be exposed to real work, taking place in our production environments, as well as business projects and other business initiatives. You will be provided with relevant training and mentoring, providing both formal and informal guidance.
