To grant the attainment of workplace experience and exposure to suitably qualified graduates in the following fields: Completed N6/S4 and requiring either 12/18 months practical learning to complete qualification in the required fields/Completed Bachelors Degree in one of the fields required Assist with operational and technical support activities as per relevant field of learning/study Practical training programme in order to gain experience in the implementation of the relevant field of learning/study Partake in the daily operational activities within the respective department Ensure accuracy, courteousy and timeous manner in adhering to current business standards Apply theoretical knowledge in the workplace Comply with Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality regulations Medically fit Good communication skills Critical thinking and problem solving skills Collaboration Effective time management Initiative Interpersonal skills Planning and organizing skills Attention to detail
