After successful completion of this qualification learners will be able to:
- Supervise stock counts and sales performance
- Supervise housekeeping and loss control measures
- Supervise customer service standards
- Describe and apply team leadership and team motivation
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Matric or Equivalent qualification
- Must not have participated in any other Learnership intervention
- Must reside in JHB (Positions in Boksburg, Edenvale, Little Falls and Fourways)
- Must be prepared to work within a retail environment
- Must have no criminal record
- Please note this is not a permanent position its a 12 months learnership contract, successful candidates will receive a monthly stipend
